Privacy policy
This policy explains how Rudra Solutions ("we") handles personal data on Astrojyotika, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Mobile number, to create your account and sign you in with a one-time code.
- Email address, asked when you create an account, to send payment receipts, reports and class details. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
- Purchases: what you bought, the amount and the payment reference. Razorpay handles card, UPI and bank details; we never receive them.
- Birth details you enter are calculated in your browser and saved on your device. When you buy a report we store a short reference to that chart and the name you gave it, so you can download it again.
- Questions for AI readings: a summary of your chart and your question are sent to our AI provider to write the answer, and for nothing else.
- Class enquiries: your name and number, so we can call you back.
Who processes it for us
Google Firebase (sign-in and database), Razorpay (payments), Anthropic (AI readings) and Vercel (hosting). Some of these providers may process data outside India.
Why we use it
To provide the services you ask for, deliver purchases, contact you about classes you enquired about, prevent fraud and meet legal duties such as tax records. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
How long we keep it
Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and for as long as tax law requires. Enquiries are deleted after 12 months if you do not enrol.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by calling or messaging us on +91 80006 22222. We reply within 30 days. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
The service is meant for adults. Children should use it only with a parent or guardian's consent.
