These terms apply to the Astrojyotika website (astrojyotika.com) and its services, provided by Rudra Solutions, Shop No. 80, 3rd Floor, SS Omnia, Sector 86, Gurugram, Haryana 122004 ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them.
1. What Astrojyotika is
Astrojyotika provides astrological calculations, reports, AI-generated readings and classes based on Vedic astrology. Astrology is offered for guidance and reflection. It cannot guarantee outcomes, and nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those decisions.
2. No guarantees
We do not promise any result in health, marriage, career, money, legal matters, travel or relationships. Readings are interpretations and may be wrong. AI-generated readings are produced by software and may contain mistakes.
3. Accounts
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep access to your phone secure. You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian's consent.
4. Prices and payment
Current prices are listed on our pricing page and shown again before you pay. Prices in rupees include GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your purchase is confirmed only after Razorpay confirms the payment.
5. Delivery
All our services are digital and delivered online, as set out in our shipping and delivery policy. Nothing is shipped physically.
6. AI question credits and reports
Credits are tied to your account, cannot be transferred and do not expire unless we tell you otherwise in advance. Reports are prepared for the birth details you enter; please check them before buying.
7. Classes
Schedules and joining links are shared after enrolment. Recording or redistributing class material without permission is not allowed.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Governed by our refund and cancellation policy.
9. Acceptable use and liability
Do not misuse the site, try to bypass payments or limits, or use it to harass anyone. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the previous three months.
10. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms; changes will appear on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Gurugram have jurisdiction. Please contact us first for any complaint (see Contact us).
