Shipping and delivery policy
Astrojyotika sells two kinds of things: digital services (AI questions, reports and classes), which are paid for on this website and delivered online, and rudraksha and gemstones, which are ordered on WhatsApp and sent by courier.
Digital services
There is nothing to ship and no delivery charge.

If your credits or report do not appear within 30 minutes of payment, or you have not heard from us within 24 hours of enrolling, contact hrbphr@gmail.com or +91 80006 22222 with your payment reference. We will deliver it or refund you as set out in our refund policy.
Rudraksha and gemstones
These are ordered through the Shop by sending us the order on WhatsApp (+91 80006 22222). We confirm the item, price and payment with you there before anything is sent.
Delivery in India: free on orders above ₹1,000; ₹99 on orders of ₹1,000 or less.
Delivery outside India: free on orders above US$100; for smaller orders the shipping charge depends on the country and is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
Tracking: courier name and tracking number are sent to you on WhatsApp once the parcel is dispatched.
